In the 2009 workshop, we continue our collaboration with UIS, a leader in online learning in the US and the winner of 2007 Sloan Consortium award for Excellence in online teaching. The main theme for this year's workshop is hand-on curriculum and pedagogical design. There will be two lectures delivered by professors from University of Illinois at Springfield and one Pedagogical design session. The attendees are invited to share their current course design with the speakers. The speakers and the attendees will co-design an online course in a 2 hour hand-on session.
